A chocolate sponge cake is filled with your choice of Chocolate Mousse or Peppermint Chocolate Mousse, rolled up and then covered in dark chocolate ganache and decorated with woodland decorations. Choose a white ‘Birch Tree’ design for an additional $8 and we will cover it with toasted meringue. Full size serves 8-12 / Mini serves 4-6
